I believe that everyone has been affected by changes in behavioral health in some way, shape or form, and it is a priority of mine to properly acknowledge this in order to help those who have been deeply mentally impacted. Although I am on my own healing journey, I believe that the best way to heal oneself is to help heal others through my involvement in the CAYEN Youth Board.
