Ashmita Annamalai (she/her/hers) is a mental health/suicide prevention advocate and a high school sophomore. Her experiences with severe mental health deterioration and suicide have fueled her advocacy and conversations regarding the mental health of all individuals, especially teens and students. She strives to raise awareness and help create a world where mental health is truly understood and supported.
