Zofia Trexler is a mental health advocate from Fresno, California who has lived experience navigating education, healthcare, and life as a person with a psychiatric disability. Zofia is passionate about mental health advocacy because of their own experience with California’s mental health system, and they hope that their work will help bring change to the systems that have harmed them and so many others. Outside of CAYEN, Zofia works as a Peer Self Advocacy Trainer at Disability Rights California and volunteers with YO! Disabled and Proud.
