Amanda (she/her) currently lives in Yolo County and serves as a Policy Analyst with the California State Senate. She is a member of the Picayune Rancheria of Chukchansi Indians, a tribe originally from Yosemite, and uses writing as a tool of advocacy to bring awareness to the stories of California’s Indigenous peoples.
